Personal Message
I graduated from Villa Madonna Academy High School in 2014. In 2018, I graduated from the University of Louisville's Hite Art Institute with a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts (BA), concentrated in graphic design and printmaking. I also has received instruction and experience in drawing, painting, ceramics and sculpture, as well as art history and curatorial studies. I have had the opportunity to study art, architecture, and urban planning abroad in Lyon, France at the Universite Lumiere de Lyon 2. In 2017, I attended an artist residency in printmaking at the Scuola Internazionale di Graphica in Venice, Italy and has since interned at the Cincinnati Art Museum as a Preparator assisting in installation and exhibition of artwork, gallery maintenance, as well as the conservation and preservation of the museum’s permanent collection. Additionally, I volunteered as a docent at the Speed Art Museum, guiding visitors on interactive tours of the art on display. After completing my undergraduate education, I returned to Cincinnati, Ohio to work as a Fine Art Printing Specialist at Robin Imaging Services, specializing large format, solvent and dye sublimation printing to create digital reproductions of fine artwork. In Spring 2021, I returned to the university to pursue a Master of Arts in Art Education (MAAE) and a teaching license at the University of Cincinnati's prestigious College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning (DAAP). I has developed teaching experience as a student teacher at the Cincinnati School for Creative and Performing Arts (SCPA) and as a grades K-5 art teacher at Withamsville-Tobasco Elementary in the West Clermont Local School District. I consider myself an artist-educator, who actively creates artwork while sharing my passion for art with students.
