Boys' Tennis
Players
- Grades 7-12 are eligible.
- This is a varsity sport. Some level of previous play is required.
- Top seven players who will play in our varsity matches will be determined through a series of challenge matches that will occur at practice each week.
- Those players on the roster but not playing in the matches are expected to be present at every match.
- All players will be required to establish a Universal Tennis Ranking (UTR) in order to participate.
Timeline
- Registration is in January
- Practices begin late February/early March. (90 minutes M-F)
- Matches run from March to May. (15-18 matches per season in 9th Region Competition)
- KHSAA Regionals and State Competition (for qualifiers) are held in late May.
2023 Results
- NKAC Conference Champions
- Joey Case and Shani Ahmad made it to KHSAA State Quarterfinals
- Joey Case named to the KHSAA All-State Team
- Shani Ahmad was the 9th Region All "A" Singles Champion
- Drew Gray was the 9th Region JV Singles Champion
