The 2024 softball season was a successful season, with a young group of new players coming on board. Cam Kratzer led the team with a batting average of .513, and she won 10 games while recording 170 strikeouts as the primary pitcher.  Rosemary Rice finished 2nd in the state in walks with 33, while having an on-base percentage of .578 and a team-leading 6 triples.  Chloe Cotton was the glue for the team, and she played 6 different positions (C, P, 1B, SS, 3B, and CF) for the varsity team as well as playing every inning for the season. Emma Adams again hit .413 for the 2nd consecutive season and led the team with 4 Home Runs.  Ollie Gray had a strong season as well, reaching base over 31 teams for the season and played great defense.  Madyson Ross, in her first full season, made tremendous strides at a new position (3B) and was third in the state in strikeouts. Molly Greer had a strong first season playing softball, hitting .313 and providing us depth in our pitching and also playing three other positions. Lily Lewis and Ava Swartz were big contributors for the team this season, first coming onto the team as just runners, but eventually they become full-time players for the squad. We are looking forward to a great 2024-25 season!
